Official Press Release

The season is officially underway! Last week, the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya hosted the first round of the Michelin Le Mans Cup championship. The team returned for a second consecutive season, approaching this new year with enthusiasm and ambition.
Continuing from 2025, two cars are entered. Luciano Morano and Roee Meyuhas share the wheel of the #29, while Lucas Fecury and Sebastian Bach make up the crew of the #92. Luciano begins his second season with the team after recently racing this winter alongside Lucas in the Asian Le Mans Series. On their side, Roee, who raced with the team in the Alpine Elf Cup Series in 2025, and Sebastian are making their debut in the LMP3 category this year.

The week began with collective test sessions, essential for preparing the weekend. Divided between a four-hour session in the morning and another three-hour session in the afternoon, they allowed our drivers and the team to fine-tune the setup and get familiar with the Catalan track.
On Friday, two free practice sessions followed one another, giving both crews the opportunity to get ready before qualifying.
The qualifying session, lasting 15 minutes, was entrusted to Luciano Morano and Sebastian Bach. At the end of this session, car #29 secured sixth place on the grid, while car #92 took eighth position.

Roee Meyuhas and Lucas Fecury take the start in sixth and eighth positions respectively. However, the first forty minutes of the race are marked by several incidents, including one on the opening lap, leading to three safety car interventions. These interruptions limit opportunities for our drivers. At the restart, the #29 is running in fourth position, while the #92 drops back to eleventh place.
Pit stops take place a few minutes later for driver changes. Sebastian Bach takes over from Lucas Fecury in the #92, followed a few laps later by Luciano Morano, who replaces Roee Meyuhas in the #29.

Back on track, both cars begin a gradual comeback. Luciano gains several positions and moves into the top 3 as the final half hour of the race approaches. At the same time, Sebastian breaks into the top 10 before moving up to ninth place.
In the closing stages of the race, a combination of circumstances drops the #29 back to fifth position, which it holds until the chequered flag. Meanwhile, Sebastian moves up to eighth place on the final lap of the race.

Although the result does not meet our expectations for this first round in Barcelona, both cars leave with valuable championship points. Where consistency is essential, this result provides a solid foundation for the rest of the season.
The team is now looking ahead to the next round at Circuit Paul Ricard, which will take place in two weeks. Next on-track action will be on May 2, with the goal of coming back even stronger.
